Who We Are.

You've got an idea worth building - maybe an invention, a product that needs a serious rethink, or a technical problem your team hasn't quite cracked. Getting that from sketch to shelf takes more than extra hands. It takes people who see what's possible and know how to get you there. That's where we come in.

 

We started in 2017, founded by Gregg and Oli, out of a simple frustration: interesting engineering work kept getting outsourced to contractors - so they decided to become those contractors themselves. What began as a way to get closer to more meaningful projects quickly grew into something bigger. Clients didn't just come back for the technical output. They came back for the way we worked: asking better questions, staying invested past the deadline, and treating every drawing and every prototype like it mattered.

Today, we combine that hands-on manufacturing expertise with AI-native design and engineering workflows, giving us an edge in Design for Manufacture, Design for Assembly, and Design for Serviceability. This means we offer the flexibility of a skilled contractor with the depth and support of a larger consultancy.

We work with everyone from individual inventors to established manufacturers, integrating seamlessly into client teams and taking on projects ranging from single prototypes to large-scale production support.
