Automated drawing and GD&T checks catch errors before anything leaves our desk, then an engineer reviews every sheet by eye before it's signed off. AI speeds up the checking; the engineer still owns the accuracy.
03.Engineering Analysis
Tolerance stack-ups, DFMEA, FEA and CFD simulation to test how a design holds up under real-world stress, load or flow before it's ever built. Where it adds real value, we build digital twins so you can trial changes virtually before committing to a physical build, and we harvest insights from past analyses so every new project starts smarter rather than from scratch. AI helps us move through the data faster; the judgement calls on risk and priority stay with our engineers, every time.
04.Reverse Engineering
Turn a physical part into usable CAD, whether it's a legacy component with no drawings or something you need to modify. AI-based mesh reconstruction turns scan data into clean geometry fast, then an engineer rebuilds the model with proper design intent, not just a copy of the raw scan.
05.Virtual & Physical Prototyping
From a digital model to a part you can hold, we prototype in whatever form the project needs, 3D printed, CNC machined, or simulated first to avoid a wasted iteration. Simulation-driven optimisation narrows down the options digitally before we commit material to a physical build, so you get to a working prototype faster.
06.Project & Manufacturing Support
We manage the full journey from concept to production, liaising with suppliers, tracking manufacturing readiness, and keeping projects moving when plans inevitably shift.
